MY DYING BRIDE: Video Footage Of ARTMANIA Press Conference Available

June 19, 2007

Video footage of MY DYING BRIDE's press conference at the Artmania festival, which took place June 15-17 in Sibiu, Romania, has been posted at Metalhead.ro.

Metal Hammer has posted a video interview with MY DYING BRIDE, filmed at the Download festival, which took place in the U.K. earlier in the month. The band's Download performance was their first ever despite their lauded underground status — and despite having played almost every big continental European festival.

In the interview the guys talk about finally getting to play Donington, why the UK doesn't support U.K. acts and the band's early influences.

The interview can be watched at this location.

Professionally filmed video footage of MY DYING BRIDE's April 20, 2007 concert at Paradiso, Amsterdam is available for viewing "on demand" (for free!) on the online concert channel Fabchannel.com.

MY DYING BRIDE recently announced the addition of bassist Lena Abé and drummer Dan Mullins (THINE, BAL-SAGOTH, SERMON OF HYPOCRISY) to the group's ranks.

As previously reported, a "rare" 30-minute video of MY DYING BRIDE performing at the 1995 Dynamo Open Air festival in Eindhoven, Holland has been posted online at Metal Videos.

MY DYING BRIDE's ninth studio effort, "A Line of Deathless Kings", was released in October via Peaceville/Snapper Music.
